Portrait of an artist as an idiot!

One of the items I heard was the story of a "performance" artist Phillip Riley who took a replica of David Bushnell's submarine into the waters of New York Harbor. Looks like he needed a little publicity and got it along with a few well deserved citations. Too bad they could not issue him one for being an idiot too.
