RADIOHEADS, USEFUL IDIOTS, PUTINS PUPPETS AND WATERMELONS

Watching the antics of the anarchists and communists and their useful idiots who are camping out and demonstrating on Wall Street is amusing, irritating and disturbing to varying degrees. I'm sure some of the strings controlling these urban campers run all the way back to Moscow. They are Putin's street puppets. Just because the mainstream media says the cold war is over does not mean it is. Also with someone as clueless as Obama in the White House it creates a perfect opportunity for Putin to help create mayhem in this country from the inside. Social media today also makes it easy for them to drum up more useful idiots to swell the crowd numbers. They did this the other day by spreading the rumor that RADIOHEAD would be giving a free concert in the area. So Radiohead fans swelled the crowds. But, thankfully many of the RADIOHEAD fans left when they realized there would be no concert.  The fans are smarter than the Wall Street protest organizers give them credit for. Some of them knew they were being used.
One person who seems to have the pulse for what is really going on is author James Delingpole  whose new book WATERMELONS exposes some of the more nefarious forces behind the current "green" movement. You can hear some of his thoughts  in this  interview on Reason TV:

CBS NEWS: Bias or stupidity? You decide!

Seems some people at CBS NEWS can not keep their Liberal bias out of their on air reporting. The most recent example is a report on the book publishing industry on the CBS program Sunday Morning. Seems some stupid editor or producer or maybe both thought it would be cute to include a fake cover of George Bush's recently published book DECISION POINTS in the broadcast piece. But, instead of the real cover of the book they edited this one into the piece:

Here is how it ran the cover shows up at about the sixteen second mark.

How did this happen at the esteemed house of Edward R. Murrow?  "In fact, the answer - according to CBS News - is behind door number three. "


"The network says that in researching covers for the story, this particular cover was pulled down from the Web unintentionally and clipped into the story. No one caught it before it went to air."-Newsday


Oh Really? Now this excuse is really CBS  Bull Shit! Do they really expect the public to believe that they just happened to take a fake cover of the book from the Internet? Here is a google search  for images of  Bush's book  
No, this was a deliberate decision by those working on the piece and all involved should be fired! But, that won't happen at a lamestream Liberal news organization like C BS News.

The Politics of Life

I'm currently reading Craig Crawford's THE POLITICS OF LIFE. I read most of it on the Amtrak coming up from Washington last Tuesday. Should finish it today on the return trip. It is a quick read and and explains why even though you may be a quiet, thoughtful and rational person. There are others you will come across in work and life who seem to be off the wall and how to deal with them. Or at least understand their motives for their actions and behavior.
