First it was Jorge Ramos asking some tough questions of the powers that be. Namely President Obama and showing the eunuchs of the White House Press Corp and other journalist how journalism is supposed to be done! Now Univision comes back with an expose that many in the liberal mainstream media outlets (I'm talking to you NBC!) did not even touch for over a year because it would be embarrassing for Eric Holder and President Obama. Hats off to Univision for keeping journalism alive and having the cohones to do the investigative journalism into stories that most of the liberal U.S. mainstream media does not want to touch.

OBAMA MAKING FAILURE AN OPTION ON IMMIGRATION

It did not take long for the Obama Administration to put in their FAILURE IS AN OPTION PLAN in regards to illegal immigration enforcement in Arizona. They got head of Clownland Security Janet NOpolitano to make sure that Arizona has an even harder time getting rid of illegal immigrant inside it's borders following the Supreme Court ruling today.

 Here are the money quotes:
"The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police."-Washington Times


“We want to make sure ICE does not take action” unless the detained illegal is a felon or a recent border-crosser, said the official.


The official also said that an illegal immigrant held for traffic violations would not be picked up for deportation.


When asked if Arizona will be forced to release illegal immigrants once the federal government refuses to pick them up, the officials declined to respond. “Only the federal government may enforce the law,” said one official, citing the Supreme Court’s June 25 decision.


The pick-up of non-felons would not “make sense” because of the agency’s limited resources, he said


On June 15, Obama directed DHS to devote immigration-enforcement resources to the task of issuing work permits to at least 800,000 illegal immigrants, despite the nation’s record unemployment. (SEE ALSO: High court rejects parts of Arizona immigration law, upholds most controversial section)


That task may consume much resources, partly because many applicants may file false claims about their eligibility for the de facto amnesty, and may also provide forged documents that conceal criminal records and their ineligibility.-DAILY CALLER

PHILADELPHIA CAB ATTACK: SAY WHAT?

Philadelphia seems to have a different standard for hate crime depending on who the victims and who are the attackers. Here are the money quotes:

"THREE JUVENILES accused of assaulting a cabdriver and his passenger in Center City Saturday night while shouting racial slurs will not be charged with a hate crime, the District Attorney's Office said yesterday.


The teens, who are black, were not charged with hate crimes because there was no evidence that the assault had been motivated by the race of the victims, who are white, said Tasha Jamerson, D.A. spokeswoman. Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesn't rise to the level of ethnic intimidation, she said."- Philly.com 
 
Where is Al "no justice, no peace" Sharpton hopefully on an AMTRAK heading to Philadelphia start demonstrating. Perhaps the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will jump on the case like they did on the Black Panther voter intimidation case. On second thought since it was only a white U.S. citizen who was attacked and not an illegal alien they will probably just sit on their hands.

Just when you think that the Obama Administration can't do anymore damage to United States in regards to condoning illegal behavior they open up a new front. This time their weapon of choice is from the Justice Department's newly expanded "Civil Rights" Department. Yes, the Obama administration hired over a hundred lawyers for this department headed by a liberal Latino named Thomas Perez with ties to a George Soros funded pro illegal immigrant organization. Guess what his emphasis is on? Stopping those Americans like Sheriff Joe Arpaio who has been rather successful in apprehending illegal immigrants in Arizona before they head to other states. The complaint is that he is targeting Latinos! Oh my!!! Well never let it be said that liberal Democrats in the Obama administration ever let reality and the facts get in the way of their ability to use racism as an argument instead of logic. In the case of Sheriff Arpaio they are claiming that his department targets Latino immigrants. Hello?  Most of the illegals in this country are Latinos. Most of them come from Mexico. Arizona is a state that borders on Mexico. The DUHpartment of Justice under the hapless and incompetent Obama and Clinton administration legal water boy Eric Holder  ignores this fact. Or maybe it's just because the Obama administration has the policy of making FAILURE an option when it comes to illegal immigration enforcement and anyone who actually is successful in enforcing the law like Sheriff Arapio  threatens that Obama policy of failure. 

HOLDER'S FAST AND FURIOUS STONEWALL IS CRUMBLING

While the liberal mainstream media continues to ignore the Fast and Furious scandal at the Department of Justice. Attorney General Eric Holder's stonewall seems it is about to collapse under the congressional investigation into the Federal Government's  lethal gun running program. Here are the money quotes:

“Most of the 5,000 documents you turned over are emails,” Issa said to Holder. “Mr. Attorney General, I have a question for you. Not one of these emails, in fact, is yours. Aren’t you a prolific emailer?”
Holder responded that, “No,” he is not a “prolific emailer.”


Issa followed up: “Don’t you email?”

Holder responded in the affirmative. “Do you have a personal email account as well as an attorney general email account?” Issa pressed.


“I have an email account at the Justice Department, yes,” Holder equivocated."
 
Hmmm, seems Holder has a problem answering the question directly. Don'tcha think?
 
"Issa, still not satisfied with Holder’s response, pressed further. “Let’s cut to the chase,” Issa said. “Don’t you think it’s a little conspicuous that there’s not one email to or from you related to Fast and Furious in any way, shape or form?”


Instead of answering whether or not there were any emails to or from him, Holder said the Department of Justice’s document production to the House oversight committee had been “unprecedented.”"
 
You can almost hear those stones in that wall Holder has erected abround the Fast and Furious debacle start to loosen up a little more. Stay tuned but, not to the liberal mainstream media like NBC and others as they don't see a problem here. The best place is the Daily Caller.

MORE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FAILURE & DEATHS

Just another day in the Federal Government's failure in enforcing our immigration laws:

MANASSAS, Va. – A Salvadoran man who was ordered deported nearly a decade ago but never left has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in a series of shootings and a knife attack in a Virginia suburb of Washington, authorities said Friday.
Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant, was charged in the pair of attacks blocks apart Thursday night that left three people dead and three others injured, Manassas Police Chief Doug Keen said. -AP

Three people dead and three wounded this time. But, President Obama and his CYA legal butt boy Eric Holder at DOJ are more worried about the state of Arizonia doing the job that the Federal Government continues to fail at resulting in deaths like these. How many more times do the American people have to put up with this!

VIVA ARIZONIA & THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION QUOTE OF THE DAY

The headlines in the papers today should read "Obama to Arizona: SCREW YOU!" Because thanks to the Obama administration and his Justice Department butt boy Eric Holder's lawsuit. The people of Arizona and most other states will continue to suffer the increased cost and problems of illegal immigration. But, the righteous quotes of the day belong the the heroic Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer: 

“For anyone willing to see it -- the crisis is as clear as is the federal government’s failure to address it."
 
"But the question still remains: will Washington do its job, and put an end to the daily operations of smugglers in our nation, or will the delays and sidesteps continue? I believe that the defenders of the rule of law will ultimately succeed with us in our demand for action.”

The only relief the court injunction against Arizona Law 1070 provides is the relief for the Federal Government to continue to FAIL the citizens of the United States when it comes to enforcing immigration laws. That is the outrage that many of us Americans feel.

A reckless disregard for the law!

While Gonzales Gate at DOJ is an important issue about how the Bush administration has politicized the Department of Justice. An even more important issue concerns the FBI and how even with procedures in place they have failed to follow the law regarding Nation Security letters. While the FBI and Gonzales asked for and were granted stream line procedures for FBI investigations it seems the FBI was not even able to obey theses laws. Here is the money quote from Arlen Spector:

"At a minimum, there was a reckless disregard for the requirements of law."

Congress should investigate this situation thoroughly. When those who are suppose to enforce the law don't follow it themselves then people will lose all respect for the system of justice.
