FACT CHECK: LAWSUIT ON AZ DENYING DRIVERS LICENSES TO ILLEGAL ALIENS

Once again as the Obama Administration continues to make FAILURE of immigration enforcement an option. Arizona has to do step up to protect it's citizens when the Federal Government fails the American people by releasing hundreds of criminal illegal aliens into local communities. The latest thing Arizonia has had to do is to deny these criminal illegal aliens released by the Obama administration is to make sure these criminals don't get an Arizona drivers license. OBAMA MAKING FAILURE AN OPTION ON IMMIGRATION

It did not take long for the Obama Administration to put in their FAILURE IS AN OPTION PLAN in regards to illegal immigration enforcement in Arizona. They got head of Clownland Security Janet NOpolitano to make sure that Arizona has an even harder time getting rid of illegal immigrant inside it's borders following the Supreme Court ruling today.

"The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police."-Washington Times


“We want to make sure ICE does not take action” unless the detained illegal is a felon or a recent border-crosser, said the official.


The official also said that an illegal immigrant held for traffic violations would not be picked up for deportation.


When asked if Arizona will be forced to release illegal immigrants once the federal government refuses to pick them up, the officials declined to respond. “Only the federal government may enforce the law,” said one official, citing the Supreme Court’s June 25 decision.


The pick-up of non-felons would not “make sense” because of the agency’s limited resources, he said


On June 15, Obama directed DHS to devote immigration-enforcement resources to the task of issuing work permits to at least 800,000 illegal immigrants, despite the nation’s record unemployment. (SEE ALSO: High court rejects parts of Arizona immigration law, upholds most controversial section)


That task may consume much resources, partly because many applicants may file false claims about their eligibility for the de facto amnesty, and may also provide forged documents that conceal criminal records and their ineligibility.-DAILY CALLER

REMEMBERING BORDER AGENT BRIAN TERRY

U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's died one year ago by a weapon that was part of the Justice Department's flawed Fast and Furious gun running program. Ironically, it is also the day when that same Justice Department announced it is going after Sheriff Joe Arpaio who has been more successful in enforcing the country's immigration laws than the Federal Government has. It seems failure is the modus operandi of the Federal Government when it comes illegal immigration enforcement. The ultimate outrage of Federal Government failures is that it resulted in the death of agents like Brian Terry who was killed by illegal immigrants using those guns:

"We have mourned murdered National Park Service ranger Kris Eggle. And Denver detective Donnie Young. And Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy David March. And Houston police officer Rodney Johnson. Perhaps if the Justice Department would be more concerned with stopping those who enter this country illegally and stop going after AMERICANS who are actually on the front lines of protecting this country and stop persecuting them or allowing illegaly purchased guns to walk back across the border justice would have been served and Brian Terry would still be alive.

VIVA ARIZONIA & THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION QUOTE OF THE DAY

The headlines in the papers today should read "Obama to Arizona: SCREW YOU!" Because thanks to the Obama administration and his Justice Department butt boy Eric Holder's lawsuit. The people of Arizona and most other states will continue to suffer the increased cost and problems of illegal immigration. But, the righteous quotes of the day belong the the heroic Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer: 

“For anyone willing to see it -- the crisis is as clear as is the federal government’s failure to address it."
 
"But the question still remains: will Washington do its job, and put an end to the daily operations of smugglers in our nation, or will the delays and sidesteps continue? I believe that the defenders of the rule of law will ultimately succeed with us in our demand for action.”

The only relief the court injunction against Arizona Law 1070 provides is the relief for the Federal Government to continue to FAIL the citizens of the United States when it comes to enforcing immigration laws. That is the outrage that many of us Americans feel.

THE CIRCULAR REASONING OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION

Well the Obama Administration decided to do it and sue the state of Arizona for trying to enforce the same law that the Federal Government is failing to do. This is truly outrageous. It defies logic. But, I guess that's what happens when the Liberals get in control of the Government. Here is the circular reasoning of the Obama Administration:

The Arizona illegal immigration law is a real teaching moment for the country and a learning moment for members of the Obama Administration who criticize and testify against it but, have not read it. You can't make this stuff up. Is this the type of scene that finally caused the state of Arizona to do what the Federal Government is failing to do? Which is to actually try to enforce immigration laws. NAH! It's a scene from central Long Island New York! Some 1500 miles from the southern border of the United States. Which is why the liberal Democrats in Washington and in the liberal media outlets don't understand why the outrage of U.S. citizens about illegal immigration is so strong. U.S. taxpayers see the failure of the Federal Government everyday in their communities. They also know that gimmicks like "pathways to citizenship" aka amnesty IS NOT going to solve this problem.

OBAMA LYING ON ARIZONIA ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION LAW?

President Obama pulled out (as most Liberal Democrats do) the sympathy card when speaking about the recently passed Arizona Illegal Immigration Law. Some in the lame stream media call him a "constitutional scholar" but, I think Congressman Joe Wilson got it right when he called out "you lie". Obama stated as fact that an illegal could be arrested if he took his children (<---BCP ALERT: liberal sympathy card talking point) out for ice cream without some form of ID. This is nonsense and obviously President Obama has not read the law or is deliberately lying about it. The only way an illegal would be questioned is if he committed a crime while taking his kids to the ice cream store. Once again Obama gets it wrong or is just lying. Either way he ignores the failure of the Federal Government and HIS administration to enforce the immigration laws of our country and secure the borders.

Arizona rollover tragedy. Who is to blame?

Today was the day that there was supposed to be a meeting at the White House of the Obama administration and the groups like La Raza & Democratic Congressman Luis Gutierrez that want amnesty for the 12 million plus illegal immigrants in our country who blatantly choose to ignore our immigration laws. That meeting has been postponed until June 17th. mark that date on your calenders. But this morning CBS radio carried a news story of a rollover of a van in Arizona that was carrying AT LEAST 27 illegal immigrants. Eight were killed and 14 were air lifted to hospitals. Yes, this was a tragedy it's a tragedy for the illegals but the cold hard truth is nobody put a gun to their head and made them enter the U.S. illegally so my sympathy is limited for them. They obviously did not get the memo as Mickey Kaus points out that the illegals are returning home is record numbers. It is also a tragedy for the U.S. taxpayers who will be picking up the the medical costs for those illegals. Here is the money quote:

"We're looking at a lot of expenses tied in with this particular collision and unfortunately the worst part of it is, it's a loss of human life, the unnecessary loss of human lives, and the people who are obviously hurt and seriously injured,"says Santa Cruz County Sheriff Tony Estrada.

Meanwhile U.S. citizens are going bankrupt trying to pay their OWN medical bills. Whose is to blame for this tragedy? Clearly the illegals themselves bare part of of it. The people who were transporting them too. But, I think that most of the blame belongs to our Federal Government. Now run by the Obama administration who continue to allow these illegals to cross our borders and have have an almost criminal lack of enforcement policy once they arrive here. Thanks in part to the liberal Democrats and especially to Homeland Security Secretary Janet NO(enforcement)politano. Bottom line is this accident and other similar incidents would not be happening if the Obama Administration and the Federal Government were doing it's job in border security and enforcing immigration law.
