OBAMA'S AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS BEGINS WITH A LIE!

Well the amnesty program that Obama announced for the illegal immigrant "dreamers" began taking applications today and as often happens with the Obama Administration it was sold with a lie. Here is exhibit A:

"Administration officials confirmed on Tuesday that they have expanded the White House immigration policy for younger illegals to include low-skill immigrants who have not completed middle school or high school.

The shift adds roughly 350,000 low-skill immigrants to the Department of Homeland Security policy, which was initially portrayed as including only 800,000 people under the age of 31 when it was announced by President Barack Obama in a Rose Garden statement on June 15."

Yep! All those images of those "dream students" was nothing but, another lie from the Obama administration.  Seems even the illegals who drop out of school are now eligible for the amnesty!

CNN USES FAUX DREAMER TO PUSH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT AGENDA

Once again the  illegal immigrant lobby shows how corupt they really are and how easily they can manipulate the liberal media. Here is another example of the mainstream left media ignoring facts and background to help push the illegal immigrant agenda. This time it is CNN who identified Mayra Hiladgo as a college student who asked Mitt Romney about illegal immigration. Turns out she is not just one of the sympathetic cases the illegal immigrant lobby and the Obama administration trots out to push for the "Dream Act". She actually works for a DC lobbyist. Here is the money quote:
"A little more digging reveals Hidaglo describes herself on her Twitter profile as an "Immigrant rights organizer," and she is called here a DREAM Act activist. In fact, Ms. Hidalgo, whom CNN referred to in January as a "college student" in fear of deportation – and then yesterday as a "college student" who confronted Gov. Romney – actually works for a Washington DC lobbyist."

OBAMA'S ILLEGAL DREAMERS

Barrack Obama the Hispanderer in chief did it again by granting an amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants now in this country and he did it on the backs of American citizens. Now these illegals will have an easier time competing with Americans looking for jobs.  Standby for the headlines about how American teenagers can not find jobs this summer. Hola suckers! Not to mention how these illegal students will compete for spots in colleges with American students.  Already pro illegal immigrants groups are talking about lobbying state governments for more money for Obama's "dreamers". Money which if granted will becoming out of the wallets of the American taxpayers in states. It's pretty clear what needs to be done regarding illegal immigration Obama must go and he can take the illegal immigrants with him since he seems to care more about them then the American citizens who have to pay their way!

DEPORT THE DREAMERS!

There should be a price to be paid for the illegals who openly protested, disrupted traffic and occupied the offices of public officials in their attempt to intimidate U.S. politicans to pass the Dream Act. Theses illegals selfishly did things in our country that they could never get away with in there home countries. Meanwhile our Federal Government continues to do nothing even though these people openingly and brazenly continue to break our laws. That has got to change.  People like Arizona State University graduate Dulce Mateo who was arrested with 22 other illegals when they occupied Senator John McCains office in Washington D.C.


She was smart enough to have received an education here in the U.S. as an electrical engineer. But, she was dumb enough to get arrested along with other illegal dreamers for knowingly breaking the law. She and the others arrested with her all over the country just don't seem to get it! They say they can not use their degrees. This is nonsense. They  can certainly use their degrees to get jobs but, just not in this country. Especially now with 9% unemployment and many Americans out of work. American and legal immigrants should be first in line to get those jobs.
      But, there is also an upside to deporting the illegals who used the "in your face tactics" and protests to try and push this Dream Act amnesty on the American people. By deporting them back to their home country of origin they can use the education they got at U.S. institutions to improve their home countries by creating businesses and technologies that help people in their own country. They could be back there creating jobs and economic stability so that their will be less incentive for others to enter the U.S. illegally. Think of it as a program like the Peace Corps but, for those who have been living in the U.S. illegally. Hell, we even give them free transportation back to their home countries. They should be grateful for that too! It's time for this country to deport the illegal Dream activists and show the rest of the world that we are a nation of laws once  and for all and illegality in all it's forms will never be rewarded. But, the upside is they may find more and better opportunities back in their home countries than if they were allowed to stay here in the U.S. It a win win situation!  The U.S. gets illegals out of this country and the other countries get educated citizens back who can help those countries out of their economic morass that causes illegals to come here in the first place.

DREAMERS AND IDIOTS!

Well I and many other Americans beat back another Liberal Dumbocratic and pro illegal immigrant piece of legislation. The so called DREAM Act sponsored by Senator Dick (dumb) Durbin in the Senate and Congressman Howard Berman in the House went down to defeat yesterday in the Senate. They called it the "Dream" Act but, it would  really be a nightmare for the United States if it was passed. It really was a back door amnesty program wraped up in a bleeding heart Liberal argument. The pro amnesty groups and Liberal Dumbocrats used the so called "children" of illegal immigrants as sympathy pawns to push this legislation. Which our dumbocratic President Obama called "a down payment on comprehensive immigration reform" aka amnesty for millions of other illegal immigrants. But, as Mickey Kaus points out the argument to pass this legislation was really a bunch of nonsense. Here is the money quote:

"Isn't there something a bit discordant about using posters of brilliant undocumented college and law students while you are complaining that without the DREAM Act undocumented kids won't be able to get an education? Obviously it's at least possible to get a college education, and some undocumented kids take good advantage of it. The effect is a little like those ads on your TV demonstrating how great your picture would be if you bought a new TV"

Indeed. Let's not forget that these illegal immigrant poster children used by Liberal Dumbocrats have already benefited immensely by getting a primary and secondary school education on the American Taxpayers dime already. Somehow even the word ungrateful does not seem to cut it when I see the same illegal immigrant children protesting in the streets because they now want citizenship as well.

Well, enough of the "Dreamers" let's move on to the idiots. This includes my elected Representatives Senators Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Gillibrand and Congressman Tim Bishop who will all be hearing from me in various media about their idiotic decision to vote for this legislation. The other idiots include President Obama who said it was "common sense" to pass this legislation. NO! Common sense says you don't reward illegality because you will get more of it!  Senator Jeff Sessions nailed it with this statement:

“This bill is a law that at its fundamental core is a reward for illegal activity.”

I agree with Sessions and so do most of the Senators who were able to stop this bill from moving forward!  Now how about some real enforcement of our immigration laws!

It's not fair! The Dream Act defeated without me.

I have been trying to call my Senators (Clinton and Schumer) since this morning. Early on I got through to Senator Clinton's voice mail. But, it was full and I could not leave a message. I was never able to get through again. Even the Senate Switchboard had a busy signal. So I finally called Senator Clinton's Long Island office and was told it was defeated. It's not fair they did not hear from me yet. Seems there are more and more people getting outraged enough to call about illegal immigration. Washington had better start listening.

Time to smack some Senators again!

Like bad puppies there are some Senators who take a while to learn. So we need to smack some sense into them with our phone calls. As the Kausfiles and others report Senator Dick Durbin and Harry Reid are attempting to bring up the backdoor amnesty bill (S.2205) aka "The Dream Act: Here's the background and the numbers to call to smack some sense in the Senate. YOU NEED TO CALL TODAY TO STOP THIS NONSENSE!:

"The DREAM Act will grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens and help them pay college tuition at taxpayer expense. Please note that S.2205, unlike some versions of the bill, now has an age limit of 30. There is, however, NO CAP on the number of people who may receive amnesty under the DREAM Act. Moreover, to make even more people eligible for amnesty under the program, Homeland Security may waive the following offenses:

Failure to show up in court;
Obtaining visas by fraud;
Alien smuggling;
Document fraud;
Violation of student visas;
Marriage fraud;
Falsely claiming citizenship;
Voter fraud.

Once an illegal alien applies for legal status under the DREAM Act, he or she may not be removed— FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER—while the application is pending. Furthermore, the educational requirements in the bill are virtually meaningless as Homeland Security may waive the application of them if the alien can show "compelling circumstances for the inability to complete the requirements." And, illegal aliens who obtain amnesty under this bill will likely become eligible for in-state tuition and for federal financial aid.

The DREAM Act is an amnesty nightmare.

After the defeat of the Ted Kennedy, Arlen Spector, John McCain, George Bush, Lindsey Graham, La Raza illegal immigration amnesty bill earlier this year. Washington still seems to be stuck on stupid with the proposed DREAM Act. This time it is Dumbocrat Dick Durbin leading the charge seconded by uber liberl Diane Feinstein who plan to attach it it to the Defense Authorization Bill. Kris W. Kobach has highlighted a few of the nastier features of this amnesty in disguise bill Durbin and other plan to introduce this week which of course the proponets of the bill were not telling the American taxpayer about::

"The DREAM Act (S. 774) is a nightmare. It is a mas?sive amnesty that extends to the millions of illegal aliens who entered the United States before the age of 16. The illegal alien who applies for this amnesty is immediately rewarded with "conditional" lawful per?manent resident (green card) status, which can be converted to a non-conditional green card in short order. The alien can then use his newly acquired status to seek green cards for the parents who brought him in illegally in the first place. In this way, it is also a back?door amnesty for the millions of illegal aliens who brought their children with them to the United States.

What is less well known about the DREAM Act is that it also allows illegal aliens to receive in-state tuition rates at public universities, discriminating against U.S. citizens from out of state and law-abiding foreign students. It repeals a 1996 federal law that pro?hibits any state from offering in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens unless the state also offers in-state tuition rates to all U.S. citizens.


There is no upper age limit. Any illegal alien can walk into a U.S. Customs and Immigration Ser?vices office and declare that he is eligible. For example, a 45 year old can claim that he illegally entered the United States 30 years ago at the age of 15. There is no requirement that the alien prove that he entered the United States at the claimed time by providing particular documents. The DREAM Act's Section 4(a) merely requires him to "demonstrate" that he is eligible—which in practice could mean simply making a sworn statement to that effect. Thus, it is an invitation for just about every illegal alien to fraudulently claim the amnesty.


The alien then has six years to adjust his status from a conditional green card holder to a non-conditional one. To do so, he need only complete two years of study at an institution of higher edu?cation. If the alien has already completed two years of study, he can convert to non-conditional status immediately (and use his green card as a platform to bring in family members). As an alternative to two years of study, he can enlist in the U.S. military and spend two years there. This provision allows Senator Durbin to claim that the DREAM Act is somehow germane to a defense authorization bill.


An illegal alien who applies for the DREAM Act amnesty gets to count his years under "condi?tional" green card status toward the five years needed for citizenship. (Section 5(e)) On top of that, the illegal alien could claim "retroactive benefits" and start the clock running the day that the DREAM Act is enacted. (Section 6) In combi?nation, these two provisions put illegal aliens on a high-speed track to U.S. citizenship—moving from illegal alien to U.S. citizen in as little as five years. Lawfully present aliens, meanwhile, must follow a slower path to citizenship.


It would be absurdly easy for just about any ille?gal alien—even one who does not qualify for the amnesty—to evade the law. According to Section 4(f) of the DREAM Act, once an alien files an application—any application, no matter how ridiculous—the federal government is prohib?ited from deporting him. Moreover, with few exceptions, federal officers are prohibited from either using information from the application to deport the alien or sharing that information with another federal agency, under threat of up to $10,000 fine. Thus, an alien's admission that he has violated federal immigration law cannot be used against him—even if he never had any chance of qualifying for the DREAM Act amnesty in the first place.:"
