DEMOCRATS BEHAVING BADLY: Ohio Voting Fraud

Cincinnati poll worker charged with voting half dozen times in November's Presidential election.
She admitted voting twice in the presidential election last November, and now, Obama supporter Melowese Richardson has been indicted for allegedly voting at least six times. She also is charged with illegal voting in 2008 and 2011. MORE HERE AND HERE

I wonder if Eric Holder and the Justice Department will be looking into this case. I would not hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

ERIC HOLDER'S JUSTICE DEPARTMENT LAUGH QUOTE OF THE DAY

Even as more in Congress call for his resignation over the Fast and Furious debacle. Eric Holder is once again showing why he was picked as Attorney General by Obama. He is nothing but, the water boy for the Obama Administration polices. Just like he was the water boy for Bill Clinton in the Mark Rich pardon fiasco. Here is the latest outrage from Holder's Justice Department which is not really about justice at all. It is about trying to put a legal curtain in front of the Obama Administration's failure of enforcement of U.S. immigration laws. In addition to suing states like Arizona and  Alabama over their attempts to do something about illegal immigration the Justice Department is now suing South Carolina. Here is the amusing quote from our pathetic Attorney General:

“Today’s lawsuit makes clear once again that the Justice Department will not hesitate to challenge a state’s immigration law, as we have in Arizona, Alabama and South Carolina, if we find that the law interferes with the federal government’s enforcement of immigration,” read a statement from embattled Attorney General Eric Holder.- Daily Caller

The real laugh is most of the American people are asking: WHAT ENFORCEMENT? Especially following the very quietly announced  suspension of a successful Department of Homeland security program regarding illegal immigration enforcement:

"The Monday announcement by the Department of Justice follows the news that the Department of Homeland Security has quietly canceled long-standing checks of transportation hubs for illegal immigrants."

It can not be said enough. When it comes to enforcing U.S. immigration laws the Obama Administration is making failure an option!

SWEET ILLEGALS HOME FREE IN ALABAMA?

The Obama Administration's legal waterboy Attorney General Eric Holder is busy at the Justice Department. But, not in helping helping the United States do important things like enforce immigration laws. No, they are busy going after states like Arizonia who are trying to do something about rampant illegal immigration because of the FAILURES of the Federal Government. Now the so called "Justice" Department is going after another state which is trying to compensate for the Federal Government failure when it comes to enforcing illegal immigration laws.  This time they are going after the state of Alabama. Here is the quote from U.S. Attorney for Northern Arizona Joyce White Vance explaining why the Obama administration is going after states like Alabama:

"To put it in terms we relate to here in Alabama, you can only have one quarterback in a football game. In immigration, the federal government is the quarterback," - Joyce White Vance, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama."

Well Ms. Vance if that's the case it's no wonder we are losing the game in enforcing immigration laws. Because the coach is President Obama and when it comes enforcement of our immigration laws failure is part of the game plan!

One thing U.S. Attorney Vance, Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama forget is that the American citizens are owners of the team and we are really getting tired of the failures of the Federal Government on the field! Hopefully, we will be making some changes come the election of 2012 to the team at the Justice Department and the White House.

Bush and Gonzales

Alberto R(aza) Gonzales President Bush's former legal water boy and failed Attorney General is set to leave the Justice Department today. After wiping his and Bush's ass with the constitution. What he left behind will leave a stench on our our country and republic for a long time and it is not a pleasent smell.

Gonzales gone but, not forgotten

According to the Washington Post the Justice Department is conducting an investigation into whether Alberto R(aza) Gonzales lied to Congress about the firing of U.S. Attorney's and is also looking into the hiring practices for non political jobs at the Department. Here is the money quote:
"In the questionnaires, Fine asks applicants whether they were quizzed by political appointees about their party affiliation, favorite politicians and judges, voting history, campaign contributions, and views on the death penalty and terrorism, according to a copy of the Aug. 24 questionnaire obtained by The Washington Post. Recipients are also asked to say whether White House aides participated in the interviews and to confirm if they were asked "what kind of conservative you were (law and order; social; fiscal)."

After seeing the how the Bush administraion has enforced U.S. laws on illegal immigration it seems to me the Bush Administration should have just hung a sign out in front of the DOJ the read no "law and order" conservatives need apply and saved everybody some time.

Bush law.

Now that George Bush's former drinking buddy and legal water boy Alberto R(aza) Gonzales is being deported out of the Justice Department. It appears that the arrogance of George Bush seems to show he still does not get it as evidenced by these quotes from today's Washington Post:

"Democratic Senate leaders have called on the White House to consult them closely during the selection process, but administration officials warned yesterday that the president intends to nominate an attorney general who agrees with his policies. "It is the president's prerogative to appoint someone who shares his views," a senior administration official said"

Shares his views? Like having an open border? Like not prosecuting people who have entered the country illegally until they have been caught six times. If that's the case he basically wants someone who does not uphold the law.

"They're less concerned about confirmability and more concerned about the candidate's ability to steer affairs in away that is consistent with good problem-solving down the road," said a lawyer familiar with the selection process. "That means some combination of being a straight arrow and having a forceful presence, along with the diplomatic skills necessary to deal with the Hill."

TRANSLATION: They want someone who will protect George Bush's ass no matter what arrogant and harmful policy he dreams up. It's less important that the Attorney General enforce U.S. law it's more important to defend and protect the Bush family especially George Bush.

Going, going Gonezales!

George W. Bush's legal waterboy Alberto (R.) Gonzales has finally resigned. Like an illegal immigrant Gonzales has been cleaning up the mess left by his gringo boss Jorge Bush for years. You knew to question his honesty when he announced that he was adding an "R" to his name but, said the R stood for nothing. Though people like me thought the R was his code word for "La Raza" the pro illegal immigrant group of Hispanics. I guess when your family has come here illegally it is seems it is easier for people like Gonzales to lie. twist and hide from the law. Like many of the illegals and their advocates Gonzales attempted to play the sympathy card with lines like:
"Even my worst days as attorney general have been better than my father's best days."
All the while refusing to explain how his family came into the United States. Nothing like having an Attorney General who has a family background of breaking the law. Meanwhile we had a mainstream press and columnists all too willing to overlook this issue. But, Gonzales' family history is what made it easy for Gonzales to do a Mexican hat dance with the law at the Justice Department and all through his career. Alberto Gonzales is the poster boy for Senator Grassley's observation that: "If your reward illegality you get more of it!" Like an illegal immigrant when caught Gonzales often used the No habla English defense when testifying before congress only he was proficient enough to say "I don't recall"

Somebody's lying.

Questions about Gonzales's willingness to shade the truth on Bush's behalf came to prominence in the 1996 episode in which Bush was excused from Texas jury duty in a drunken-driving case. Bush was then the state's governor, and Gonzales was his general counsel. If Bush had served, he probably would have had to disclose his own drunken-driving conviction in Maine two decades earlier.

The judge, prosecutor and defense attorney involved in the case have said that Gonzales met with the judge and argued that jury service would pose a potential conflict of interest for Bush, who could be asked to pardon the defendant. Gonzales has disputed that account. He made no mention of meeting with the judge in a written statement submitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee.-Washington Post
