THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA FAIL ON THE COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM DEBATE

Mickey Kaus points out the major media failings on the Comprehensive Immigration Reform debate:

"10 to 0–The MSM’s idea of a debate: Thanks to Politico for the list of all the guests on the five major networks’ Sunday talk shows (on all of which immigration was a hot topic of the day). I count thirteen politicians or administration figures. Of these guests, ten vigorously support some form of immigration amnesty (Schumer (two shows) Graham, McCain, Dan Pfeiffer (2 shows), Bill Richardson, John Huntsman, Luis Gutierrez and Mario Diaz-Balart.) But that’s OK, because the networks booked politicians who oppose amnesty to debate them! … Oh wait, there were no politicians opposing amnesty debating them. Zero. None. It's pretty clear anyone getting their information from the old media outlets these days on important issues like "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" is only getting half the debate.   

ABC NEWS FAIL: Memory-Holes First Lady Gun Gaffe

First Lady Michelle Obama was caught making shit up in her interview on Good Morning America. But, the liberals in the back deck tried to memory hole the mistake. Once again protecting the Obama administration from their public mistakes. Trouble was they did not cover their tracks entirely:

ABC, NBC, CBS IGNORE UNION THUGGERY

Once again the liberal broadcast networks ignore the violence of the left and union thugs. The latest outrage occurred in Lansing Michigan which the three major networks conveniently ignored on their "news" broadcasts :

“The pro-union broadcast networks are deliberately censoring footage of thuggish union violence directed at conservatives,” said Media Research President Brent Bozell. “If a Tea Partier had physically assaulted a liberal journalist or ripped down a structure occupied by a liberal organization all on video, the footage would be broadcast on an endless loop. ABC, CBS, and NBC have a responsibility to the American people to expose what’s really happening in Michigan. Their double standard is absolutely outrageous.” - BIG JOURNALISM

At least Fox News has the temerity to show people the truth of what was really going on there :

ABC AND CBS NEWS GET IT WRONG ON THE ZIMMERMAN POLICE VIDEO

Once again the liberal mainstream media are helping to continue to whip the racial and social media lynch mob in trying to convict George Zimmerman in the media. The latest transgression is  from ABC News claiming that the police video of George Zimmerman arriving at the police station showing no injuries. This is absolute B.S. and shoddy journalism on ABC NEWS and other media outlets part like CBS who also jumped on the bandwagon that Zimmerman had no injuries. Here is the video from ABC:



 Now comes time to fact check their "journalism"!  Here is proof that Zimmerman did have injuries when he arrived at the Police station.    A freeze shot at around 1:06 and 1:07 in the above video clearly shows Zimmerman's head has indentations and a large gash and a shaved area where he had received medical attention: Here is exhibit A:

It's amazing that a so called "news" organization like ABC NEWS did not look at the tape close enough to see Zimmerman's injuries at the hand of Trayvon Martin.  But, that's why we blogger's are here to "fact check their ass"!

WHOOPI GOLDBERG AND OTHER LYING LEFTIST

Whoopi Goldberg told a whopper the other day on ABC talking head show THE VIEW and nobody called her on it. Well, that's why there is the blogosphere. Big Journalism has the money quote:

"But I just think it’s very, very strange when people say ‘you know, this group is doing this, this group is doing that.’ When we’ve criticized the Tea Party when they spit on people that were going in to their work. It’s very different than putting your hand up and saying ‘you know, stop taking a ga-billion dollars and throw some of that money because cause you’re not putting any jobs out there,’” Whoopi Goldberg says on “The View.”"

Speaking of leftist Nancy Pelosi did the same thing on the ABC "news" show THIS WEEK on Sunday:

"Sunday on ABC”s “This Week” Nancy Pelosi shamelessly repeated the debunked lie that the tea party “spit” on congressmen during the walk to sign the health care law in spring of 2010. The thing is, Pelosi’s story never happened."

The question is are Goldberg and Pelosi just reading the latest "big lie" talking points from the Democratic National Committee or did these liberal dimwits come to repeat this falsehood on their own? I leave it up to you to decide. But, when it comes to spitting on people or defecating on Police Cars. The crowd of leftist who make up the Occupy (insert the city of your choice here) are the ones who who need to be called out too. Especially when some in the crowd Occupy Boston thinks it's OK to spit on a Coast Guard woman in uniform.  What charming folks these people are who occupy the streets.
