Goodbye Bill Richardson and good riddence!

It's a good thing to see Bill Richardson leave the Democratic presidential race. As I noted Richardson shot himself in the foot when he called for a pardon for Elvira Arellano an illegal immigrant fugitive hiding in plain sight in a Chicago church. He than proceeded to put his foot in his mouth he said that Alberto Gonzalesw should stay on because he is Hispanic. Is he a racist or just a card carrying LA RAZA member? At least we won't here his lame reason why he against a secure border fence. His ludicrous position was that if a ten foot border fence is built the illegals will use an eleven foot ladder. At least we won't have to point out to Richardson with a defeatist attitude like that so will the terrorists.

Is Saul Arellano a victim of child abuse?

There are many ways to abuse a child. It seems the pro illegal open borders advocates are practicing one of the ways by dragging around Saul Arellano as the poster boy for the illegal immigration. These open borders groups try and play a sympathy card because they know the they don't have a legal leg to stand on. Here is the latest publicity stunt by these scoundrels who use children to push there agenda:
"WASHINGTON -- An 8-year-old boy whose mother was deported to Mexico led a chanting crowd of about 150 pro-immigration activists through the halls of Congress on Wednesday. Capitol Police arrested two demonstrators for disorderly conduct.
Saul Arellano and other children carried a banner that read: "Born in the USA. Don't take our moms and dads away."

TRANSLATION: Anyone who comes into the country illegally and fornicates should have the right to get a free green card.

Meanwhile in Mexico Elvira Arellano the deported boys mother who played the crying mother role in front of the TV cameras in Chicago continues to let her son be used instead of nurturing him said this:

"He is a boy who has been suffering because the U.S. government told his mother she couldn't stay in their country anymore because she was undocumented," she said.

No, Elvira he is suffering because you committed crimes by entering the country illegally and committed identity theft and then ignored our laws after you were convicted. If your son is a victim you are the cause not the U.S. government. You and others who break our laws will get no respect until you respect our laws.

Elvira Arellano deported finally!

"Federal authorities Sunday arrested Elvira Arellano on a downtown city street, ending a yearlong standoff that intensified recently after the illegal Mexican immigrant began what was to be a nationwide campaign to push for new immigration reforms."-Chicago Tribune

Well it only took a year but, she since was actually first ordered to be deported in 1997 it really took ten years. Our Federal Government was able to apprehend the illegal immigrant fugitive but, not before she left the church in Chicago where she was hiding in plain sight and traveled all the way to Los Angeles where she gave speeches to roomfuls of other illegals urging them to continue to break United States laws. It seems to me our Federal Agenies can improve on the speed of enforcement of our laws. Still a deportation is a deportation. Here are some of the money quotes:

HEY! LET'S GET THIS STRAIGHT. No one is stopping her from taking her son with her to Mexico. Meanwhile, her son when asked if he wanted to visit his mother after her arrest he said "NO!" Can you feel the love? Speaking of love how come we never hear anything about her sons father? Donde esta Hombre sperm? How come Arellano's the illegal immigrant activist handlers don't bring him forward? Very curious don't you think?

Arellano and many other illegals and pro illegal activists just don't get it. It not hate they are seeing, IT'S THE LAW! A concept that may that may be foreign to someone like Arellano who comes from Mexico or others countries illegally. But, there are millions of immigrants who understand the concept and come into this country legally and they are welcome here. Arellano and the other illegals who are demanding rights after breaking U.S. immigration and other laws do have one right and that is the right to be DEPORTED!

Elvira Arellano: Won't someone deport this woman?

Elvira Arellano the illegal immigrant and now fugitive from justice took refuge inside Aldalberto United Methodist Church on Aug. 15, 2006, and has lived there on the second floor.
"She was to announce Wednesday that she plans a Sept. 12 trip to Washington to lobby Congress for immigration reform, according to the Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor of the church and longtime Chicago political activist."-Washington Post

Let me get this straight a known fugitive who is hiding in plain sight holds a press conference to announce that she will be traveling to Washington D.C. to lobby members of Congress. If you are not outraged you have not been paying attention. Diggers Realm has an additional outrage on this issue.

"It's not clear how she'll get there, but she likely won't be flying, Coleman told The Associated Press Tuesday. He and others worry Arellano will be arrested, but she plans to go anyway"

If Immigration and Customs Enforcement allow her to get anywhere near the Capitol there should be hell to pay. Here are some numbers that you should call to make sure that ICE knows that she is coming and that they need to arrest and deport her.

Bill Richardson dumb as George Bush on illegal immigration

New Mexican Governer and Democratic Presidential candidate Bill Richardson will be on Meet the Press today on NBC. It will be interesting to see if Tim Russert asks him about the pardon he urged George Bush to give fugitive felon Elvira Arellano hiding in plain sight in Chicago and thumbing her nose at U.S. laws.
Russert might also ask him about his comments that he feels Alberto Gonzales should stay on as Attorney General because he is the highest ranking Hispanic in the Bush Administration. File that position by Richardson in the "What the F*#K?" file. Tim should also ask him how do say "racist position" in Spanish?

The Democrats are still not listening to the American people!

The Democratic candidates still don't get it! This article in the Washington Times points out that the clueless Democratic candidates are still ignoring the concerns of many middle class voters on illegal immigration. The very people they want to have vote for them. Here are some of money quotes:

If Bill Richardson is in the best position on illegal immigration the Dems are in trouble. He shot himself in the foot when he called for a pardon for Elvira Arellano an illegal immigrant fugitive hiding in plain sight in a Chicago church. Richardson and the other Democrats had better start to realize that the American people want our immigration laws enforced and and don't want our U.S. politicians to surrender to the Mexican governments pro-illegal immigrant lobby. If they don't show that they can stand up and represent the wishes of the majority of the American people on illegal immigration. Democrats like myself will vote for someone who does!

Illegals, Fugitives and more Federal Government failures!

Hmmm, I know of one fugitive who is hiding in plain sight in Chicago. Her name is Elvira Arellano. Or did the Homeland Security lose track of her too!

Gonzales is protecting what?

According to the Washington Post Attorney General Alberto R(aza) Gonzales spoke yesterday and said :

"I'm not going to resign," "I'm going to stay focused on protecting our kids." - 3/22/07

Of course he did not say anything about protecting the U.S. borders. In fact when it comes to protecting the United States the Justice Department under Raza Gonzales has been hurting the U.S. justice not enforcing it.

Whether it is prosecuting U.S. Border Patrol agents Jose Alonso Compean and Ignacio Ramos. Including ignoring evidence at their trial like having the Department of Homeland Security lie about evidence.
Or prosecuting other law enforcement border agents like Edwards County Deputy Sheriff Guillermo F. Hernandez.
Meanwhile fugitives like Elvira Arellano are hiding in plain site in Chicago and Alberto R(aza) Gonzales does not lift a finger to see that justice is done in that case. So when Gonzales he needs to "protect our kids" someone needs to kick his butt and say NO! You are supposed to protect the United States period and that includes our borders and those bringing to justice people like Ms. Arellano who make a mockery of justice. But, obviously Gonzales is more interested in protecting the illegal immigrants who violate our laws than protecting our borders.

Bush speaks but still does not listen!

President Bush on his tour of Latin America stopped in Guatemala where he spoke on immigration issues. Here are some of the money quotes:

No, Mr. President the laws need to be enforced and the borders secured and protected!

Enforce our laws? Like your are doing with convicted felons like Elvira Arellano?

Is New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson dumb as George Bush?

It's always interesting to see when a politician shoots himself in the foot. Yesterday, was one of those days. There was a story in the Washington Post about New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson's call on President Bush to come to the aid of Elvira Arellano an illegal immigrant who is currently hiding in plain sight behind the doors of a church in Chicago. She entered this country illegally more than seven years ago and was also convicted of using a false Social Security number. Otherwise known as fraud! Does the Richardson know anything about enforcing the law I think he just blew his chances of running for President with this stupid stand on illegal immigration.
Here's some of Richardson's idiotic logic:

"Inaction puts our most vulnerable citizens _ the estimated three million American citizen children of illegal immigrants _ at risk."

Risk of what? Growing up in Mexico? I guess Richardson thinks if Alellano takes her son to Mexico when she is deported her son will "risk" the lost opportunity to join a U.S. Latino street gang. And another thing, if going to Mexico is so risky maybe the State Department should ban all travel there.

"The governor, whose mother is from Mexico, said that deporting Arellano will create a "terrible choice" for the family _ forcing the boy to leave his mother if he stays in the U.S. or "forfeit his right to grow up an American."

What nonsense! Following Richardson's logic no parent should be allowed to take their children outside of the U.S. to live. Because it would violate the child's "right" to grow up American. Hey Bill! No one is "FORCING" the boy to leave his mother. We are just forcing his mother to leave the country BECAUSE SHE BROKE OUR LAWS! Don't you get it Governor or are you as dumb as George W. Bush! The message that will be sent to other illegal immigrants by Gov. Bill Ricardson's call to allow Elvira Arellano to remain in the United States will be that if you ignore U.S. immigration laws, get pregnant, they will let you stay. That is the wrong message Governor Richardson! But, maybe you are as dumb as George Bush on the idea of allowing illegal immigrants to continue violate our laws with impunity.

There was some good comments in the article that there are still some people in our government who really get it but, it did not come from Bill Richardson. It came from Gail Montenegro, an ICE spokeswoman in Chicago. Here are the money quotes from the article:

"She said the agency considers Arellano one of "nearly 600,000 immigration fugitives residing in the United States."

"The agency "is required to enforce immigration laws fairly, regardless of a person's ability to generate publicity,"

"This country's immigration system, as generous as it is, is not to be exploited,"

It comments like those that show at least there are some people in our government know what enforcement really is about. Meanwhile some of our politicians like George W. Bush, Congressman Tim Bishop, Senator Chuck Schumer, Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator John McCain and now Governor Bill Richardson show they don't have a clue.
