Liberals love to talk to talk about haters and bullies but, if the show fits they need to wear it. It is the Liberals and progressives who are the most intolerant and violent when it comes to attacking the first amendment rights and public discourse. Here is exhibit A:

The question is why would Planned Parenthood hire such violent thugs while using Federal taxpayers money?  I wonder if the Justice Department will investigate this assault. Don't hold your breathe as the woman doing the assaulting was black and the woman assaulted was white. If it were the other way around Attorney General Holder would have been all over it by now along with the Liberal mainstream media. However,  the injustice is there for all to see on the new media.

ASSociated Press: Drops "illegal immigrant" from Style Book

It's clear that the "appallingly pathetic" Associated Press "news" gathering organization has sunk to a new low on what is considered the truth in journalism. The asinine logic and explanation from the  Senior Vice President and Executive Editor Kathleen Carroll can be read here. Here are some of the money quotes:

"The Stylebook no longer sanctions the term “illegal immigrant” or the use of “illegal” to describe a person. Instead, it tells users that “illegal” should describe only an action, such as living in or immigrating to a country illegally."

By the same logic a "rapist" should be known as a person who enters a vagina without authorization. Perhaps a burglar or home invader should be called an  unauthorized house guest.   George Orwell must be spinning in his grave over this pathetic attempt at political correctness expressed by this so called "news" organization. 

Even Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is not dumb enough to believe this nonsense from AP:

Seems NBC News is using the CNN model for reporting on the illegal immigration issue and those they decide to use for the On Air  reports:

Also amazing is the arrogance of  illegals like this woman who continue to defying U.S. immigration laws and be an activist. But, then again it is the failure of our Federal Government that allows this attitude to be expressed and illegals to roam the country with impunity. Knowing that the Obama administration is doing nothing to stop them.

THE DAILY CALLER'S NEIL MUNRO AND THE AUDACITY OF REAL JOURNALISM

Some of the left leaning mainstream journalist almost dropped their stenographers pads as Daily Caller's White House correspondent had the audacity to practice some REAL journalism in the White House Rose Garden when president Obama announced his executive wavier of deporting certain illegal immigrants. Munro tells what exactly happened:

WASHINGTON POST DOES A HIT JOB ON HISPANICS BUT, ONLY REPUBLICAN ONES

Well, it looks like the Washington Post has giving up on journalism and being the paper of record recently and is now carry water for the Democratic Party. This was painfully obvious after they ran a now discredited hit piece on Florida's Republican Senator Marco Rubio by Manual Roig-Franzi.  A reporter who always seems to have some nice things to say about the Castro regime. Whereas  Marco Rubio and many Cuban exiles do not. But, I think Steve Kruiser nailed it on why the liberal editors of the Washington Post allowed this hit piece to be printed. :

"Nothing frightens Democrats more than a minority voter who is a registered Republican. It severely disrupts the meme that the GOP is still secretly getting fitted for Klan hoods at party meetings. Democrats begin to sweat severely when said Republican begins to rise to prominence and they need to get the message out that this will not stand. Then of course this is the same paper that knowingly had an illegal immigrant Jose-Antonio-Vargas working as a reporter at their paper for several years and said nothing until the story broke in the New York Times Magazine. Even then they only covered it in the "Style" section. Pretty pathetic for even a liberal "news" organization like the Washington Post. No wonder people don't trust media outlets like the Wahington Post to actually report the news these days.

A DEATH IN THE PARK AND THE TRUTH ONLINE

When I am operating out of the BCP Washington D.C. Bureau I often take a walk in Rock Creek Park near the area where Chandra Levy was murdered almost ten years ago. The mainstream media all but, convicted Democratic Congressman Gary Condit in her murder at the time. But, they were wrong.   Levy's body was found in 2002 but, it took the Police until 2009 to arrest a suspect Ingmar Guandique, a 27-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador. Hmmm... and I always keep hearing the illegals only come here to work. Many of us who have pretty much given up on trusting most of the mainstream media to give us the facts in news stories when illegal immigrants are involved. Of course the MSM  love running those sympathetic stories about illegals. But, when it comes to murders by illegals those seem to get buried along with their victims.   Andrew Sullivan has some thoughts on Chandra's murder and how the mainstream press messed up and I think where many people began the distrust of their reporting. He also sees bloggers as being able to shine a spotlight onto the truth where many reporters and media outlets are failing to look. Here are the money quotes:

They don't need to follow the conventions of the 800-word newspaper story and can instead toss out an idea in two sentences that will nonetheless spur national discussion. They can ask questions without necessarily supplying an answer. Critically, bloggers also do not typically rely on official sources for information. Reporters and their anonymous sources both benefit from the relationship. Reporters get exclusive information, which earns them promotions; sources weave narratives that serve their interests. This corrupting symbiosis makes the reporter all too quick to take an official's word at face value.

Walter Shapiro is the only reporter who showed up for the press conference and has the money quote:

A boom in cancer for boomers from the big booms. Why did only one reporter like Shapiro show up to cover the press conference? Well I guess it's not as big a story as Obama inviting a woman to play golf.

GET OUT THE VOTER FRAUD IN OHIO

Daniel Hausman, Amy Little, and Yolanda Hippensteele may soon be checking into the Greybar Hotel after pleading guilty to voter fraud in Ohio during last years Presidential election.
It seems these three along with others were engaged in a "get out the vote" campaign and voted in Ohio even though they had no intention of staying there. Which is against Ohio election laws. Were they just stupid? I don't think so. I mean if you are part of a "get out the vote" organization you would think that they might just know the election laws. Well, the courts have decided that no they were not stupid with the guilty verdict. As the judge said: "rescinding your request is like giving back the money once you've been caught."
As usual most of the mainstream corporate media ignored this story but, some intrepid reporters at Palestra.net dug deep and got the facts and went where others in the media dared not go. There may be hope for journalism if some of these college reporters get jobs in newsrooms and bureaus. They did the reporting that the other "news organizations" should have done. Will NPR win a BCP Orwellian Journalism award?

For the second week in a row a story on illegal immigration on National Public Radio's afternoon news program ALL THINGS CONSIDERED showed the bias of this news organization and it's reporter Jennifer Ludden. Instead of using terms like "illegal immigrant" to describe people who have broken U.S. Immigration law. The NPR reports tend to use terms like workers with "no status", "undocumented workers", " undocumented foreigners" making it sound that they left their wallets at home instead of violated U.S. law. With the biased Orwellian NPR newspeak on an issue like illegal immigration. I expect to hear NPR reporters describe a burgler as a "uninvited house guest"
