TEACHING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO READ

The Arizona illegal immigration law is a real teaching moment for the country and a learning moment for members of the Obama Administration who criticize and testify against it but, have not read it. You can't make this stuff up. So let's have Froggy do some remedial tutoring  Homeland Security's Janet Napolitano, the Justice Department head Eric Holder and the State Department's John Morton shall we?

HEY MIKE BLOOMBERG! JUST SHUT THE F UP!

New York City's billionare Mayor Mike Bloomberg should just stick to politically buying off  New York City Council members so they will change New York City election laws so he can flaunt term limits and allow him to run for Mayor again. He should not make comments about U.S. immigration policy because he does not know what he is talking about. Here is his latest:
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is blasting U.S. immigration policy, calling it “national suicide.”

Bloomberg said Tuesday that Arizona would likely be hurt by its new immigration law. It requires authorities to question people about their immigration status if there’s reason to suspect they’re in the country illegally.
Bloomberg says countries that welcome immigrants prosper.
Just goes to show you can be a billionaire but, still have no idea what you talking about. The United States allows a lot of immigrants into the country legally every year. And they are certainly welcome. What pols like Bloomberg who live behind the walls of their secure estates out in the Hamptons or Bermuda as Bloomberg does fail to understand is that the issue is ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.  But, of course the real reason Bloomberg is for unchecked immigration is that he is concerned about who is going to maintain the Golf courses he plays on:
"You and I are beneficiaries of these jobs," ... I both play golf. Who takes care of the greens and the fairways in your golf course?"- Mike Bloomberg

ANOTHER WASHINGTON STUPIDO: JOHN MORTON

You just can't make this stuff up. We now have a Department of Homeland Security offical named John Morton who is saying he won't enforce U.S. laws regarding illegal immigrants if they are referred from Arizona. Here is the money quote:

A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports.
Hmmm last I checked Arizona was part of the United States and I would think the citizens of that state should expect the Federal Government to enforce the law even if Arizona does most of their work for them. Oh but, I forgot we are talking about the Obama administration where:

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION QUOTE OF THE DAY

"You can't have it both ways. Particularly coming from Mexico, a country where if you enter illegally it's a felony and you get up to two years in prison. And if you do it a second time, you get 10 years...So he's got a country which is extremely strict--draconian, if you like--about illegals entering into Mexico."
-Charles Krauthammer on Mexican President Phillip Calderon's hypocrisy on illegal immigration

DEMOCRATS STAND UP AGAINST THE RULE OF LAW!

You can't find a more indicting video than this one where the Democrats (including Vice President  Joe Biden) in Congress applaud the Hispanic Hypocrite of Mexico President Philip Calderon when he bashes the Arizona law that mimics the Federal Law while in his country the laws against illegal immigration are much more severe.
Someone needs to tell the Liberal Dems that they should be supporting communities in the U.S. that are trying to correct the failings of the Federal Government and not be applauding hypocritical heads of state like Mexico's Calderon.

A DEATH IN THE PARK AND THE TRUTH ONLINE

When I am operating out of the BCP Washington D.C. Bureau I often take a walk in Rock Creek Park near the area where Chandra Levy was murdered almost ten years ago. The mainstream media all but, convicted Democratic Congressman Gary Condit in her murder at the time. But, they were wrong.   Levy's body was found in 2002 but, it took the Police until 2009 to arrest a suspect Ingmar Guandique, a 27-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador. Hmmm... and I always keep hearing the illegals only come here to work. Many of us who have pretty much given up on trusting most of the mainstream media to give us the facts in news stories when illegal immigrants are involved. Of course the MSM  love running those sympathetic stories about illegals. But, when it comes to murders by illegals those seem to get buried along with their victims.   Andrew Sullivan has some thoughts on Chandra's murder and how the mainstream press messed up and I think where many people began the distrust of their reporting. He also sees bloggers as being able to shine a spotlight onto the truth where many reporters and media outlets are failing to look. Here are the money quotes:
Bloggers are unrestrained by the orthodoxies of the professional reporter. They don't need to follow the conventions of the 800-word newspaper story and can instead toss out an idea in two sentences that will nonetheless spur national discussion. They can ask questions without necessarily supplying an answer. Critically, bloggers also do not typically rely on official sources for information. Reporters and their anonymous sources both benefit from the relationship. Reporters get exclusive information, which earns them promotions; sources weave narratives that serve their interests. This corrupting symbiosis makes the reporter all too quick to take an official's word at face value.

STUPIDOS AT THE STATE DEPARTMENT: P.J. CROWELY

What are we U.S. citizens to do  when our Federal Government criticizes State laws like the recent Arizona immigration laws that mimic Federal Laws! The Obama administration is full of people who have not actually read the law before criticizing it but, are also apologizing to other countries. The latest of these stupidos is State Department Spokesperson P.J. Crowely.  Why don't these idiots in Washington understand that they are supposed to enforce and defend U.S. Federal Laws and one would hope state laws based of those same Federal Laws. Watch the video and see Crowley admit that he has not read the Arizonia law this after lambasting it:

ANOTHER LYING DUMBOCRAT: RICHARD BLUMENTHAL

Time to add another portrait to the Democratic Hall of Shame. Today's it is Richard Blumenthal who is running as a Democrat for U.S. Senate in Connecticut. In a press conference he says he "misspoke" when he claimed publicly the he was "Vietnam Vet".  Of course this is nonsense! He did not misspeak.  HE LIED! His use of   words like "misspoke"  shows what kind of weasel politician he is. There are enough of those in Washington  already. Let's hope the voters of Connecticut feel the same and make sure this lying jerk never gets there.

HELLO SUCKER TAXPAYERS! WELCOME TO AMERICA! OBAMA'S AUNT WINS ASYLUM

I arrived back in the United States yesterday after a week on vacation in a foreign country. I stood on line in the Miami  airport customs and immigration area with my filled out immigration form and passport. I showed both to the officials when requested. I then left and went through another security check to back into the terminal to await the flight to Washington D.C. I was relaxing at the gate basking in the calmness that a week of vacation in the Bahamas can provide. Then the CNN Headline News announced that President Obama's Aunt Zeituni Onyango who had been living in U.S. taxpayer subsidized housing in this country illegally for years had received asylum.   Hello suckers! Here are some of the money quotes from Obama's Auntie:

“Boston is my second home,” she said. “(South Boston) is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever lived in. People are very kind, and I’m enjoying the beaches.”

How nice her taxpayer subsidized Boston home is her second home! Gee, I wonder how does that make those U.S. taxpayers who are trying to hold on to their ONLY home feel while Obama's aunt has been living in taxpayer subsidized housing for years . No wonder she can "enjoy the beaches" or kick back wearing a string of pearls:

When I was coming through customs I had to answer a question about what I did for a living. Obama's aunt does not seem to want to answer such questions. Here is the money quote from her AP interview:

"She refused to discuss how she affords to live now or who is paying for her attorney."

I wonder what she will say when immigration officials ask that same question if she ever comes back into this country as they did me.

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!

Is the above photo a typical scene in Arizona of illegal immigrants loitering around street corners in Phoenix? Is this the type of scene that finally caused the state of Arizona to do what the Federal Government is failing to do? Which is to actually try to enforce immigration laws. NAH! It's a scene from central Long Island New York! Some 1500 miles from the southern border of the United States. Which is why the liberal Democrats in Washington and in the liberal media outlets don't understand why the outrage of U.S. citizens about illegal immigration is so strong. U.S. taxpayers see the failure of the Federal Government everyday in their communities. They also know that gimmicks like "pathways to citizenship" aka amnesty IS NOT going to solve this problem.

THE GREATEST THREAT TO NYC: MAYOR BLOOMBERG!

This is a Santayana moment as I posted back in 2007:
The next terrorist assault on the United States is likely to come through relatively unsophisticated, near-simultaneous attacks -- similar to those attempted in Britain over the weekend -- designed more to provoke widespread fear and panic than to cause major losses of life, U.S. intelligence and counter terrorism officials believe-Washington Post

New York City and the United States dodged another bullet. No thanks to the Federal Government and the NYC Police Department but, rather the fact that the naturalized U.S. Citizen and Pakistani native suspect who may have planted the bomb in a parked SUV near Times Square did not want to be a suicide bomber. It certainly was not due to Mayor Michael Bloomberg who several years ago supported rules regarding the issuance of Taxi licenses where the immigration status of those applying for the licenses to drive a Taxi in New York City would not be questioned. Effectively creating a potential of 12,800 car bombs in New York City. Bloomberg is not making New York more secure by refusing to make sure that New York's Taxi drivers are legally in this country.

CRIMINAL CONGRESSMAN: LUIS GUTIERREZ

The unofficial representative of illegal immigrants Democratic Congressman Luis Gutierrez of Chicago was arrested outside of the White House protesting the Arizona law that mimics the FEDERAL LAW making it a crime to enter the U.S.A illegally. While it is good to see Congressman like Gutierrez in hand cuffs wearing a T shirt that read "Arrest me not my friends". I'd rather see Federal law enforcement arresting and deporting the illegals in our communities all over the country. The failure of our Federal Government to control illegal immigrants has led to Arizona having to take the action that it did to try and rid the state from being over run by illegals and the crime that comes with them. No wonder Congressman Gutierrez is so sympathetic with the illegal immigrants like them he has no respect for our laws as was shown by his arrest.

FREE AT LAST

For the past two months I've been working full time in Washington D.C. on a refab and upgrade of a technical facility. Unfortunately, that has not allowed me much time or energy to post on this blog. But, the project is ending this week so expect to start seeing more postings soon. There are a lot of issues I've been wanting to comment on and hopefully will soon have the time to do just that.
