George W. Bush a loser?

House Democratic leader Harry Reid was wrong when he called President Bush a loser in front of a bunch of teenagers on Friday during a High School civics lesson. He called the White House and apologized for the remark. I think what he meant to say was that George W. Bush was a liar.
