New Orleans: The Blowback from Iraq

It's easy to feel that some of what the U.S. is experiencing is from the bad Karma our blundering President Bush created when he and his neocon friends rushed into a war of choice when he invaded Iraq where over 100,000 people were killed. But there are also real reasons why things are not happening as fast as they should have in New Orleans. Paul Craig Roberts has a good colum on the subject.

I am a strong believer in Karma; what goes around comes around, whether it be in your personal life or in the actions of your government. Enough is enough. We need change and we need it now.

No doubt about that, Gary. The only problem is I don't know if the American people can wait much longer for Dubya to reap what he sows. Are only hope is to have a complete turnover in Congress and impeach him. Jeez, what have I been smoking?
