I recieved in the mail a brochure continuing education from the Middle Country Central School District here on Long Island. Thumbing through the selection of courses I came upon these courses. It seems if you are an illegal immigrant you can take an English as a second language course for free. But if you are a taxpayer in the district and want to learn Spanish or Italian it is going to cost you about forty three bucks. I'm still trying to figure if I should file this information in the "Hola Suckers" or "What the F?" files.
