HOW CHUCK SCHUMER FAILED U.S. TAXPAYERS ON IMMIGRATION REFORM BEFORE

As the April 15th deadline for U.S. taxpayers approaches it's good to remember how politicians like New York Senator Charles Schumer FAILED in previous immigration reforms to make sure that those in this country illegally actually paid their taxes.  Here is exhibit A:

Schumer wrote a letter to the Secretary of the Treasury, urging the government "immediately" to issue a regulation declaring that illegal aliens applying for permanent residence pursuant to IRCA were exempt from section 6039E. CONNECTICUT MUZZLES RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERS BUT, STILL ALLOWS THE ACLU TO ENABLE MORE MASSACRES

While the misguided Connecticut lawmakers enact knee jerk legislation that impacts responsible gun owners they ignore the reason why Adam Lanza was able to commit the Sandy Hook School Massacre:

A troubling revelation has broken regarding a mental health bill recently defeated in Connecticut during this calendar year. Had it passed, that bill could have possibly taken Adam Lanza off the streets so he would not have been free to commit his heinous act on December 14.

In February 2012, Connecticut Senate Bill 452 (SB452) was put forward to remedy the fact that Connecticut was one of less than ten states in the U.S. to lack an "assisted outpatient treatment" (AOT) law. 

"Why didn't the legislation pass? Because the ACLU and other "civil liberties" groups and individuals cried foul. The ACLU in particular said 452 would "infringe on patients' privacy rights by expanding [the circle of] who can medicate individuals without their consent." They also said it infringed on patient rights by reducing the number of doctors' opinions necessary to commit someone to institutionalization.  "  -BIG GOVERNMENT

It's now known Lanza had mental health issues so much so that school officials at the Sandy Hook school notified security to keep an eye on him while he was a student at the school. But,  groups like the ACLU don't want any scrutiny of people like Lanza once they are out in the world. Such a liberal ideology may have conspired to allow Lanza the "freedom" to orchestrate the massacre that occurred at the Sandy Hook school. The "feel good" legislation adopted by the Connecticut legislature will not stop another massacre from occuring.  

ASSociated Press: Drops "illegal immigrant" from Style Book

It's clear that the "appallingly pathetic" Associated Press "news" gathering organization has sunk to a new low on what is considered the truth in journalism. The asinine logic and explanation from the  Senior Vice President and Executive Editor Kathleen Carroll can be read here. Here are some of the money quotes:

"The Stylebook no longer sanctions the term “illegal immigrant” or the use of “illegal” to describe a person. Instead, it tells users that “illegal” should describe only an action, such as living in or immigrating to a country illegally."

By the same logic a "rapist" should be known as a person who enters a vagina without authorization. Perhaps a burglar or home invader should be called an  unauthorized house guest.   George Orwell must be spinning in his grave over this pathetic attempt at political correctness expressed by this so called "news" organization. 

Even Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is not dumb enough to believe this nonsense from AP:

THE CLUELESS SENATOR CHUCK SCHUMER

 I could not believe that one of the major gang of eight Senators working behind closed doors on the so called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" namely New York's Senator Chuck Schumer had never been down to inspect the U.S. border before last week. Yet, he has been pushing the Comprehensive Immigration Reform negotiations behind closed doors.    Even while he was down there with fellow Senator John McCain an illegal crossed over the fence within sight of their entourage. Yet, he still is pushing ahead blindly with the notion that giving illegal immigrants amnesty and work rights that will stop more illegals from entering the country.  He is beyond clueless!

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM HELPING ILLEGALS WHILE HURTING AMERICANS

The liberal mainstream media love Republican's like John McCain and Lindsey Graham because they back up Obama and the Democrats plan on "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" which includes a path to amnesty for illegal immigrants. He will be prosecuted for re-entry after deportation, Border Patrol officials said. The man's name was not released." -NBC

Now the real danger is that the Obama Administraion and ICE management clowns like John Morton will release this guy back into the community instead of keeping him in custody.

MARCO RUBIO BRINGS THE FOX INTO THE IMMIGRATION HENHOUSE

Between Rand Paul folding like a cheap suit and dropping his principles namely the principle of the rule of law in order to hispander to Latinos while calling for rewarding illegal immigrants with amnesty. Now comes word that Marco Rubio has bought in a Florida immigration lawyer to work on this bogus "Comprehensive Immigration Reform"  worked on in secret by him and a gang of seven other Senators behind closed doors. Once again the Democrats are doing whatever they can to make sure the budget sequester hurts the American people in highly visible ways. Here is the latest outrage:

The Los Angeles Times ran a Thursday editorial by Middlebury College Professor Bill McKibben arguing that allowing millions of illegal immigrants into America will reduce global warming:

 “I feel it's urgent that we get real immigration reform, allowing millions to step out of the shadows and on to a broad path toward citizenship,” wrote McKibben. “It will help, not hurt, our environmental efforts, and potentially in deep and powerful ways.”

McKibben says that while the average American has a larger carbon footprint than a person living in the developing world, bringing more immigrants to America would likely reduce their tendency to have higher birthrates, thereby creating less carbon-producing people. - MORE HERE

THE NEW YORK TIMES AND IT'S ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AGENDA

As the New York Times continues it's revenue decline and also a decline in it's reputation as unbiased news source. Here's an interesting expose' of the paper's editorial bias on illegal immigration and how it is influencing it's news coverage. Here is exhibit A:

"The editorial omitted an inconvenient fact, one that was important enough to be included by other newspapers, including the Los Angeles Times, the Orange County Register, and the Long Beach Press-Telegram.

As the Los Angeles Times reported, the marchers stood "amid a sea of American and Mexican flags."2 The Mexican flags didn't make it into the New York Times. Neither did the flags of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, which were also abundant in the streets.

The omission made the New York Times editorial a better fit for its civic vision. The editorial board at a newspaper whose front page declares its commitment to "all the news that's fit to print" was blind to evidence that didn't fit its bias."

Did ICE deport them. No! They stupidly released them into communities all over the U.S.. They Obama White house has no clue who did this. Even Janet No(enforcement)politano the Head of Homeland Stupidity has no clue who did this. No information has been released on these illegal immigrants on why they were being held in the first place. But, we do know it was for crimes than just being in the U.S. illegally. Over in Springfield Virginia Fairfax County Police say they have a suspected Latino serial fondler on the loose.  A police sketch is shown on the left. There were eight incidents last fall and suddenly there were more this week. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that the new uptick in molestation seems to coincidence with the wanton release of illegal immigrants in Federal Government already in custody . But, I think not.

 Did Rachel Maddow Use Multiple Fake Twitter Accounts to Boost Her MSNBC Show?

Seems TWITTER has now suspended a number of these bogus Twitter accounts.- More Here

Meanwhile over at MESSNBC they have released a non disclaimer disclaimer on Twitter:
"RT @msnbcPR Spam on #maddow hashtag is not coming from the show or any producers. Have reached out to Twitter to investigate"

Notice that non denial denial? The tweets are not coming from the "show" or "any producers". Uh Huh. But, they might be coming from an outside company hired to put those Tweets out there.
Hmmmm it seems somebody out there in media journalism should be grilling Vivian Schiller NBC' Chief Digital Officer about this? Why? Here is exhibit A:
