Hidden in all the hub bub about the Dubai Ports Deal is the approval for emergency spending of some $91 billion dollars a lot of it for operations in Iraq. At times like these my fellow taxpayers its always good to look back and see what we use to spend in Iraq and have a refresher course in Bush Mathematics.
