Explain this President Bush

While President Bush was speaking yesterday at a university in Florida about immigration. I came across this building in the Central Isllip area of suburban Long Island New York.

You would expect a consulate for a country to be in a major city like New York or Washington D.C. Not in a suburban setting like Central Islip Long Island forty five miles from New York City. Just another example of how much illegal immigration is occuring when countries are putting consulates in suburban communities to help their citizens.
